It’s time to rediscover balance and joy
Morgan Schultz, LCSW
I’m a Los Angeles–based therapist providing therapy for Millennials and Gen Z who are facing life’s challenging moments, specializing in stress & burn out, financial health, and parental mental well-being.
Do you remember a time when constantly juggling responsibilities and feeling emotionally drained weren’t the “norm” … but those days feel like a distant memory? Don’t you wish you had the tools to regain confidence and feel more in control of your life?
You’ve come to the right place
How I work
My approach is all about meeting you where you are, and building from there.
Life can feel paralyzing—whether you’re experiencing stress with family and social relationships, feeling anxiety about meeting expectations of others, navigating major financial shifts, or trying to rebuild after a loss. With over a decade of experience, I’ve had the privilege of supporting teens, parents, and young professionals as they navigate the complexities of their lives. From helping adolescents manage academic and social pressures to guiding parents on rediscover themselves as individuals or empowering young adults to find balance in high-demand careers, my approach is collaborative, grounded, and tailored to each client.
In our sessions, we’ll use evidenced-based, real world strategies rooted in cognitive-behavioral and solution-focused methods, finding tools and insights that fit your unique needs, like setting boundaries, creating healthy routines, reducing anxiety, or building self-compassion and addressing trauma so that you move closer towards your goals.
Therapy with me is…
-
I bring a genuine, down-to-earth approach to every session, creating a space where you can feel comfortable being yourself.
-
My goal is to help you tap into your strengths to build confidence and resilience for the challenging moments today and in the future.
-
Therapy with me is a partnership—we’ll work together to find what truly supports your growth and well-being.
-
Yup–I said it! I believe growth can happen with a sense of lightness, so we’ll embrace humor and joy where we can along the way.
