  • Yes! I provide online therapy sessions for clients throughout California. Virtual sessions offer the same level of care and connection as in-person therapy with added convenience.

  • Yes, I offer a limited number of in-person sessions, available upon request. If you’re interested in meeting in person, let me know when you reach out, and we can discuss availability. For added flexibility, I also provide virtual sessions, which are just as effective and allow you to connect from the comfort of your own space. Together, we can choose the option that works best for you.

  • Your first session is all about getting to know you and what brought you to therapy. We’ll talk about your goals, any challenges you’re facing, and what you hope to gain from our work together. It’s a relaxed, open conversation where you can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. I’ll also answer any questions you have about the therapy process and share how I approach working with clients. By the end of the session, we’ll have a clear idea of how we can move forward together.

  • This depends on your individual needs and goals. Many clients begin with weekly sessions to build the therapeutic relationship and create positive momentum and consistency. Over time, we can adjust the frequency to fit your progress and preferences.

  • Sessions typically last 50 minutes, but longer sessions can be arranged if needed. We’ll work together to determine what schedule and format work best for you.

  • Finding the right therapist is important, and I want to make sure we’re a good fit. I offer a free consultation so we can discuss your goals, answer any questions, and see if working together feels right.

  • I ask for at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will incur a cancellation fee.

  • A Good Faith Estimate (GFE) is a document that provides you with a clear understanding of the expected costs of therapy services. Under the No Surprises Act, providers are required to give clients who are not using insurance an estimate of the fees for the services they plan to receive. This helps ensure transparency and allows you to plan for the financial investment of therapy. The GFE outlines the cost of sessions and any potential additional fees, though it’s important to note that actual costs may vary based on the frequency or duration of therapy. If you have any questions about the GFE, I’m happy to walk you through it.
