  • Confidentiality is a big part of building trust. I won’t share details of teen’s sessions without their permission unless there’s a concern about their safety.

  • Yes, parental involvement is important, but therapy is also a space for teens to feel independent and safe to express themselves. I’ll keep parents informed about their progress and may invite you to join for specific sessions when it feels helpful.

  • That’s up to them! Teens often talk about challenges at school, friendships, family dynamics, or their goals and dreams. Therapy is their space to explore what’s on their mind and what’s most important to them.

  • Yes, I have late afternoon and evening availability to accommodate busy school schedules. Let me know your needs, and we can find a time that works best.

  • Yes, I do. I’m happy to attend IEP meetings to provide support and guidance, ensuring that your teen receives the accommodations and resources they need to succeed.
